No matter how big or small, you deserve three things in a home repair: excellent work, an excellent experience, and people you can trust. Every step below exists to deliver all three.

Step 01Inquiry

Getting hold of a contractor is close to impossible for most people. Our form takes two or three minutes and passes along everything we need to start your quote — or call and our team walks you through the same thing. From that first contact you get a dedicated project page in our software, so nothing gets lost between the phone call and the estimate.

Step 02Estimating

We invest heavily in estimating: in-person consultations, detailed pricing and open lines of communication. If the number comes back higher than you hoped, we don't take a "take it or leave it" stance — tell us what to pull out and we'll revise the scope to your budget.

Step 03Scheduling

Once the estimate is accepted, a dedicated repairs team handles scheduling, ordering and communication. We confirm design details and order custom materials the day you sign, so the wait before a start date is as short as it can be — and you know the start date before we hang up.

Step 04Your repairs

An oversight team coordinates and quality-controls each project, which is how we run complex jobs across multiple trades over multiple weeks. Half the cost is due when you accept the quote. The other half isn't due until you and we both agree the work is genuinely complete.

Step 05Warranty

We warranty all our work for the life of the product and provide detailed documentation — then we reach back out about a month after wrap-up to make sure everything is still in good working order. The goal isn't one job. It's being the number you keep for the next fifteen years of this house.
